Went to Babcock to by a mattress and box spring. We move the mattress around and found a spiders nest with many spiders. We told the manager and he got really mad . He said I’m giving you a full refund. My husband said just get some one to vacuum the mattress and we will still take it . He said no then I said we will look for another mattress. He snapped back and said everything here is full of spiders I’m not selling you another one . No wonder they are bankrupt.

I will never come back to this store waited for service was told multiple times I had to wait another 10 minutes felt was supposed to leave at 4 still here at 5 had to argue with staff as to if the pillows came with the couch or not please go somewhere else!!!!!
