I drove over 3 hours round trip to purchase a dinette set that we were told was in good condition. The manager is the responsible employee. The table had scuffs and nicks all the way around it. Just tell the truth!

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I purchased a beautiful bedroom set on Saturday (5/27/23) from the Madison Street location. It was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday (6/1/23) between 10a -2pm. I planned ahead and took off work for the delivery. I called the store at 2:30pm as I had not received a phone call or text about the delivery. I was informed that they were running behind because they had to build a headboard at another house.
