After 8 years of being a customer they changed the financing and interest rate twice with out notification(even though they did change,it's actually illegal to do so,it's not what I signed my contract for).When my husband ( who is almost completely deaf and talks very loud) and I went in to talk to them about it we were treated horribly by the woman working there.
