If I could give it no stars I would. I bought a sofa from Badcock Furniture Fort Walton Beach, FL store. I received extremely poor customer service. I was told by the sales woman the sofa was 100% down feather. I called the next day after delivery to complain that the sofa was extremely uncomfortable. I was met with unfriendly and uncooperative service. Telling me I would have to pay multiple high "reshipping" costs to return the sofa. I could not afford to do so.
