I’m having the absolutely worst experience after financing a washer/dryer set less than month ago. The dryer does not get hot enough to dry clothes in 1 cycle. Instead it takes at least 6 hours to dry 1load. I found out it’s an energy saving dryer that produces low heat to save energy. No one informed me about it being a low heat producing dryer. No one also informed me that there is a 3 day return policy. The technician came out and did absolutely nothing. So now I’m left stuck with paying for something that I’m not even sa... read more
