Purchase two reclining couches and a recliner. Also bought the extended warranty. The recliners wouldn't close correctly. Called when I still had warranty guess what they wouldn't fix it. Said they would send someone out and they never did. Lance said I needed to call the extended warranty phone number. Never again will I do with business with them again. Save your money and go to Big Lots.
Sherry and Christopher could not have been more helpful! We looked online, at a number of other vendors, and found exactly the refrigerator we needed at Badcock, at the best price, too! A warm, welcoming store with professional, pleasant salespeople—couldn’t ask for more!
