HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The delivery guys are unprofessional, and made a mess out of my carpet. The store associates promised credit or free delivery with my next purchase, neither of which I received! The owner/manager of this franchise does not care about the customer at all! When asked if he would rather lose a good customer he simply replied "ok"...Research this place before you buy from them!
DO NOT BUY YOUR FURNITURE HERE!! – The last review was obviously posted by the store. The truth is this place is a rip off! The furniture is crap! The delivery drivers are unprofessional and lie to your face about damaging your walls while moving in the furniture. I saw them damage the wall and they lied about doing it! I called the store and they refused to even come out and look at it! Badcock Furniture Sucks! Keep looking and do not buy your furniture here!!!! You have been warned!!!
Highly Recomended – This store offers in - house financing that is unbelivably fantastic. The store has everything in-stock and will sell any amount. There warehouse is stocked and if it is not on display they can receive what you are interested in that same week. The company has been in business since 1904 and they have over 360 stores this ment to me unbeatable prices. They also carry all major appliances, bedding, electronics and flooring.
