Purchased a new recliner here. It was ordered, and I picked it up. Out of the box, there are a few defects. There is supposed to be a manufacturer warranty, but no one can give me the contact information. Basically using a sales pitch stating "manufacturer's warranty is in place", but they can't even provide me the vendor that manufactured the recliner's contact information. This is a meaningless review, as the store is going out of business, but I just want this information out there. Buyer beware.
Visited this store today for a mattress and was not greeted or approached after about 10 minutes so I left. I will be taking my money elsewhere.
