I have been trying to get my washer replaced for a while now. We call and call. Have called rhe 800 number also and still can't get through. I have been a customer for over 10 years but I'm looking to find elsewhere to get what I need. The warranty has replaced the washer, I need to pick one out. I was told I had to pay extra ro cover rhe cost and I have to do another credit application to get the balance put on my financing.....and also the warranty too. My mother bought a dinning room table and chairs and it has been a total disaster! She told the company she needed them by Friday, as she was having a party and needed the table this was on a Tuesday.
