Great customer service unless something goes wrong. I have been repeatedly stood up and talked down to as if I was an inconvenience. Continuity of customer service is lacking and communication is nonexistent. Iv been told to be available at my home on 6 separate occasions, that someone would call when they were on their way and no one shows up.
