When your going out of business you don't raise your prices. The same item i wanted 2 months ago was going for 108.00 and today it's 798.00. I know for a fact the it was only $108.00 plus tax cause I was ready to buy it and it started raining .

We purchaced furniture for our entire home last year. We spent the extra money for the protection plan ($1200) with the understanding that we'd receive a refund after a year if unused. Well, after delivery, and several issues with terrible assembly from the delivery and set up crew, we finally started to enjoy our new home. Easily the worst experience I've ever had buying furniture. Purchased a sectional set - which I paid in full for - on July 6th. We were promised to receive a phone call from the delivery team to confirm a 3-hour window for the following Friday - which we never received. I called the store directly and they said that the delivery team attempted to call, to which we found that the salesperson put my phone number in incorrectly at the time of purchase. My husband and I would like to thank Trudy for awesome customer service.Trudy went beyond her job to make sure that we were satisfied customers. There was no one but my husband and I to load my piece of furniture. Trudy, helped us get it into our truck, and made sure we were okay. She is awesome. Go see her at the Burlington,NC store.
