I heard about Badcock from my daughter who is a current customer! I see no need for improvements at the Cleveland Tennessee Store. The staff and Manager are all very friendly and professional. Huge shout-out to Brittany Waites for her knowledge about furniture and for patience in helping me decide on what bedding was best for me and my budget. Thank you!

We have bought a few pieces of furniture here over the last few months. Originally I would have rated 5 stars. Went in to look at furniture to make another purchase. The furniture tags have multiple prices on them for the same piece of furniture. Which I pointed out. Manager agreed there were multiple price tags with different amounts for the same piece of furniture. They do not honor those prices. I kindly suggested that maybe for future shoppers, they take down the lower price tags since they will not honor the prices. I w... read more
