Just received my beautiful sofa. Bill and his team went above and beyond to get my sofa delivered before Christmas. His team is exceptionally gifted in placing items in your home that just work perfectly. Prices were great. Staff is amazing. Delivery perfect! What more could you want? Give them a chance. Shop local. Deal with real people.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! We bought 2 of the same couches from Badcock in Dallas, Ga in December. They were both delivered mid January. One of them did not come with all the tools necessary to function correctly. We were told they’d order the parts and come back to fix it. It is not mid April and we have yet to see those parts or have anyone out to fix it. My husband ended up buying the parts and fixing it himself. To start, Tyler is not very good at his job. If they work off commission, he's probably not doing well for himself. We had to find him once we found a bedroom set we were interested in then I told him that we would be needing a new mattress too because we were sizing up with this purchase and he didn't even try to sell us one of theirs. This is the worst store ever! James, Manager of this store was unpleasant and unprofessional. When I purchased my furniture they assured me they would give me a call at least 15 minutes prior to arrival...today is delivery day and the manager has no idea of the status of delivery because he can’t get in contact with the driver...this is bull crap and I will NEVER shop this store again...EVER!!!

I purchased what was supposed to be leather. it has now discolored and cracked. not worth $5. Never mind what we paid. no animals or children on it. wish I could post pictures. All I can do is warn people to stay away!

What happened to small business customer service?? My family has bought furniture from Badcocks Furniture for 42 years. My grandparents bought a couch in November 2018 and the color is coming off of the middle backrest - the part that is used the least. It looks TERRIBLE. And because they gave them a 10% discount for being involved in the downtown historic society, they will not honor the warranty. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. Sorry Titusville.

I'm not sure if I'd recommend them or not tbh. our furniture was suppose to be here today. i got a phone call at 10 saying that they can't. I am 20 weeks pregnant and my husband took out our old furniture already. we were expecting our new items today and now they say we won't get them till Tuesday! the lady on the phone was nice and understanding but we ordered this stuff almost a month ago and now have to wait longer with not furniture in our living room. if we had a truck we'd go get it ourselves in Sat but we shouldn't h... read more

They have a great selection of furniture and a wonderful staff to help you. If they don't have what your looking for on hand, they can order it and have it delivered where you need it.
