I’ve had a very terrible experience with Pell City store. I am a long time returning customer. This was my first time ordering from this store. My order was initiated for the Fourth of July sale with it being finalized on or around 7/14. This past Friday 8/2 I was informed that two bed items were on a permanent back order which meant that I needed to reselect replacement items. Which I did.
