Great staff, GIGI was great and supper friendly, if you have case this the right place to file your case. 🙏
Knowledge is there, but unfortunately the communication is horrible. Once you pay the retainer that's the only time you will talk to the attorney, afterwards it's a game of telephone with the front desk unless you send multiple emails to the attorney. I think the tip of the iceberg was when I wanted to move forward with a WOM and told "next steps would be sent" to me and never got said email, forcing me to find different representation
