My daughter and friend went to Bad Kitty to get hair wraps tonight. They each had $20 to spend. The workers at the store told them it would be $2.25 per inch, but didn't tell them the total price. $90 later, the girls had to call me to bring them more money. This store is a rip off! They lure girls of all ages in with there attractive storefront. They charge a fortune for a hair wrap (avg. $35). I expected their products to be of good quality considering the marketing and presentation. Well, may daughter bough a headband and the same day the strings detached from the elastic band at the bottom. So her grandmother took her back the next day to exchange it.
