We visited the store this weekend and bought a few items, it was a little pricey but our daughter loves what we got. On her first day wearing it to school, she got ink all over the front of it. I tried a bunch of remedies but nothing was working. I sent the store a message at 8:30pm, and within a couple minutes they responded with a couple options to try. The hairspray trick they suggested worked perfectly. I see some complaints about customer service, but they went above and beyond for us!
Great customer service
Their clothing inventory is from Shein with a heavy markup. Included pics are one example. I recognized some of their other items from Amazon. Shein and Amazon are not wholesalers, they are direct to consumer companies. Disappointing.
The store is adorable ….I got my granddaughter six strands of tinsel and the next day when she got home, my daughter-in-law noticed lice in her hair. I wish I could tell you somebody else in the house have it or it was from the house or it was just coincidence. But the coincidence is she was the only one who went to bad kitty and got The tinsel in her hair. . Hair wrap was expensive and has fallen out after only a week while I have gotten hair wraps done at other places and they have lasted over a month.
