Loved my experience. Really enjoyed chatting with the lady at the store who helped me find the products I was looking for and chatted a bit extra with me since I was in a talkative mood. Pleased to have this dispensary in the area and will stop back again some time for more. Thank you.
An update to my review from at the owners request. Was not a good experience for me.The boss lady, I believe her name was Sandy?, was rude and abrasive when I told her there was a long delay (weeks) receiving the medical card they had promised me as part of my first deal with them. The nurse who issued me my card apologized for the long delay and that she would refund the application fee to the store where I could pick it up. Bad Frog has friendly and helpful staff. They have good prices, and a variety of products. Their facility is always neat, organized and clean. They are polite and really care about their clients. They have a great attitude. I am a satisfied customer. There is no stress or disappointment when visiting Bad Frog.
