Great customer service! On July 4, our lawnmower broke due to my error, and we needed a part. Not knowing if they were open, I called Josh and left a message, as the store was indeed closed. 40 minutes later, Josh returned my call and said he would leave the part outside the store for us to pick up. When we offered a credit card number or drivers license number to ensure payment, Josh just told us to come by Monday to square things away and enjoy our holiday.
