Good selection of bikes for all ages. Superior customer service after the sale. Very qualified repairs and maintenance on your bikes.
Ed's a REAL NICE guy. Went there for a flat tire, patched it up. Oops it deflated again and found more holes. Didn't even charge extra for those holes. He calls you back earlier than what he said.
I am visiting Montana for a month and had a break issue with my bicycle. I stopped into Bad Beaver and had an absolutely delightful experience. Ed and his wife Susan were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful conversation and I was given a suggestion for a great lunch (it was!) and directions for more local biking trails to try. I had a bicycle serviced and upgraded here. I didn't buy the bicycle from this business but I was treated like I did. Work was performed promptly and only cost me one third of the price I was expecting to pay. I highly recommend patronizing this business.
