I recently bought a saddle stool. The online ordering went through without any problems and the automated emails with order details came through promptly. A day or so later I started getting concerned as no other communication was received updating my order. Terrible. They lied and lied. I ordered through them as their website said that they had the Sit Stans Desk in stock, which they didn't Then they said they would upgrade postage to Express Post free of charge if I took the white one they did have in stock. After waiting 3 weeks, it finally arrived and it wasn't sent Express Post. When I complained, he said he would refund the freight charged but didn't get any details and I haven't heard from them since. And when it arrived is essential damaged when we unpacked it.
