Buying abroad can often be laced with unforeseen trails & tribulations, however not the case with Jonathan & 'Bad Backs'. They're my go-to for so many items, but most recently I bought an office chair from them. I had some post-delivery questions and was amazed by the speed at which their team replied!
Terrible after-sales service. I had an issue with my chair and emailed them 3 months ago for assistance/warranty. After exchanging multiple emails with the North Melbourne store manager Guy, and receiving empty promises, he has stopped responding to my emails entirely.
I rang to enquire about a mobility walker just after Christmas 2024. Jonathan was so helpful and even responded to my emails after hours and over the weekend. Although there was a slight delay in delivery due to shipments and the holiday period, the walker was received in a timely manner. Thankyou so much.
