Purchases a chair from them 5 years ago and it ran into minor mechanical issues this year. Contacted them and they organised full repair and re-delivery for no cost.
Buying abroad can often be laced with unforeseen trails & tribulations, however not the case with Jonathan & 'Bad Backs'. I was kept informed all throughout the process and cannot fault their service. My Brother is extremely happy with his new 'Perfect Chair' and can enjoy some much deserved respite. They're my go-to for so many items, but most recently I bought an office chair from them. I had some post-delivery questions and was amazed by the speed at which their team replied!
Terrible after-sales service. I had an issue with my chair and emailed them 3 months ago for assistance/warranty. After exchanging multiple emails with the North Melbourne store manager Guy, and receiving empty promises, he has stopped responding to my emails entirely.
