Amazing customer service
Purchases a chair from them 5 years ago and it ran into minor mechanical issues this year. Contacted them and they organised full repair and re-delivery for no cost.
Buying abroad can often be laced with unforeseen trails & tribulations, however not the case with Jonathan & 'Bad Backs'. I was kept informed all throughout the process and cannot fault their service. My Brother is extremely happy with his new 'Perfect Chair' and can enjoy some much deserved respite.
