I came into Backyard looking for a sauna....Julia was very insightful to my needs and patiently walked me through all of the saunas until we landed on the one I wanted. She is very knowledgeable about the options on various heaters and advised on the best one. Her knowledge and experience made a difficult task easy. thanks again Julia

Julia was super helpful on our first visit for sauna accessories and again when we needed to replace our sauna heater. We own an electrical company and appreciated the knowledge and expertise of the team. Store was also totally enjoyable to visit when we had to go with our toddler thanks to the trampoline setup inside! Highly recommend Backyard Canada!

Julie was awesome to deal with. They were able to deliver the kit to our property. A friend came over and helped over a couple of days and we hired an electrician to finish the rest. We couldn’t be more happy with the final product.

Worst service ever! If I could give a 0, I would. Sales person and I use that term loosely couldn’t be bothered to lift her heard off her phone or computer. Glad you’re paying your employee to scroll on the phone and computer instead of trying to serve your customers when you have people in your store.
