Outstanding company to work with. We collaborated with Backyard Canada on a wellness center where they provided multiple sauna packages. They hold high standards for quality, attention to detail and we look forward to booking some time at the saunas that have been installed! Julia was especially helpful in getting all the final details completed
I met the Backyard Canada Team at the Calgary Home and Garden Show. They were incredibly knowledgable and very personable. Julia was able to answer all of our questions on the spot and kept us very interested in adding a Sauna to our house!
Bought a barrel sauna from Backyard Canada and the service from the sales person Doug was good. The installers Harvir and I think the other person was Shane or maybe Shawn were both excellent. Very professional, friendly and helpful with answering all my questions. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is one of the times I phoned the store I got connected with another sales person named Chad and he was quite rude.and belligerent. I would not recommend him as a salesperson.
Great service today! Harvir was efficient and professional. Appreciate how he took the time to explain the service and gave me helpful tips to keep my spa maintained.
Shoutout to Chad and Harveer, who has been great through the process of getting the hottub and installing, Chad provided great recommendations for the hottub, and after the setup Harveer made a stop on a weekend when I was having some issues and concerns about the hotub and came to make sure everything was setup right and helped me get it going! Friendly polite, and their goal was make sure I had a great customer experience.
