an employee got mad at us for “hanging out” in the sauna?? i was obviously testing the product as what do u do in a sauna but hang out? she barged into the sauna and in a very condescending tone said “uhm, what are you doing here??” after we told her we were “just hanging out” she then kicked us out, we will take our sauna business elsewhere!!
Five stars — the experience was excellent from start to finish. Doug, really knew his stuff: he pointed me to exactly what I needed and helped me work through a scheduling concern. Conneil was great to deal with — she was extremely accommodating with my schedule and looked after expediting the delivery. And the install crew, Harvir and Randy, went above and beyond: attentive to every detail, they listened to and addressed every concern, and were polite and professional throughout.
