Process of buying the barrel sauna was excellent. A few discussions with Doug, very good knowledge and friendly service. The delivery date was a few weeks earlier than scheduled and the actual delivery of the crate and dome went well. I’d do it again
I have nothing but great things to say about Backyard Canada! From the moment I walked in the door Julia was there to take great care of me and make sure I choose the perfect sauna for me. Even after the sauna was paid for Julia was always there to help make sure my sauna was delivered, assembled and operational as quickly and as conveniently as possible. I couldn’t be happier with Harveer and Shawn, who built our sauna today. They were friendly, polite and worked so hard all day in the cold and wind. The work site was left perfectly clean and the sauna looks amazing. They did such a great job. Thanks so much guys. Working with Julia in the office to order the sauna was a real pleasure.
