Clearly from what I read I am in the minority of the reviewers, but my purchase experience with Backyard Canada, Calgary was by far the worst purchase experience of my life. I purchased a Hot tub and gazebo through them in may 2025. It took them 6 weeks to deliver the hot tub, but that is fine. Understandable ad we bought top of the line. Maple Spas - M720 - Searched up best hot tubs in Calgary and came across Backyard Canada. Happy I did as I visited the store and had a great chat with Chad who spent the time to advise me on the best hot tub I was looking for which was focused on construction vs. esthetics. Pricing was very good and he gave us a great deal on included extras.
