I took my £12k Pinarello Dogma F10 to The Backyard Bike shop for a service on the 2nd September 2023, they left it in an unlocked container with the CCTV not working and it got stolen. I'd have given them no stars if it was an option. After 3 months I have finally recovered my bike after it appeared on eBay. Not even an apology of this lot and the bike has extensive damage, parts missing and will require considerable money spent to get it back to the condition it was before these incompetent people got it.
