Brilliant service - replaced freehub half an hour before I left to do the GDMBR on my gravel bike that they built for me 3 years ago, phew! Accommodating, friendly and do a great job, thanks!
I took my £12k Pinarello Dogma F10 to The Backyard Bike shop for a service on the 2nd September 2023, they left it in an unlocked container with the CCTV not working and it got stolen. I'd have given them no stars if it was an option. After 3 months I have finally recovered my bike after it appeared on eBay. Not even an apology of this lot and the bike has extensive damage, parts missing and will require considerable money spent to get it back to the condition it was before these incompetent people got it. Just been to pick up my new Gravel bike. Couldn't be happier. Bike looks fantastic! James was very helpful and knowledgeable helping me get the bike spec sorted. Nic was so friendly, helpful and patient. Spent a good long time explaining everything to someone who's never ridden tubeless or wireless and helped out adding in some extras to get gravel riding started. Top notch service. Can't wait to get out and ride. Couldn't recommend higher. Cheers BYBS
