The customer service is amazing, the products look stellar, the shop is clean. Gonna be honest: I needed a set of swing hangers for my kids’ swing set we’re building tomorrow. Because of a misunderstanding, we only ordered one. My buddy has already bought the lumber and we’re planning to cook crawfish. We have purchased and added on to our grandsons backyard set for 3 consecutive years. The owners and installers are pleasant and super easy to work with. They made the entire process as easy as could be. Not to mention the play equipment is top notch!
Backyard Adventure is AMAZING! I was torn between cheaper online playsets and theirs, but Amy patiently showed me the differences as I took my time trying to make the most informed decision I could. We purchased our playground here about 7 years ago and we’re assured that it came with a “ lifetime warranty”. At this point, the entire thing is pretty much rotten and not safe for anyone to use. I started about a year ago trying to get it fixed. At this point they informed me that the warranty did not include labor, only replacement wood. I stated that they didn’t tell us that at the time of purchase. His response was that “I should have read the contract”.
