Ordered my Cherry Red and Herman tortoise from these guys and couldn’t be more happy. These folks really care about their tortoises. I had a question about shipping tracking number and emailed them (did not get through with the phone number on website)and they responded quickly and helped me. My package was suppose to be in before noon, but I got it at 12:45. Thats not on them that was fed ex. My tortoises arrived nice and healthy.
They continually argue that the address shipped to ,say Nevada or Texas most amphibians are fine, but California no so if you have to insert your BILLING address into their form to order they’ll argue we cannot SHIP to California wait but I live in Texas my BILLING address is where I used to live
I got this awesome female leopard gecko from them yesterday and she is awesome
I placed and order and not able to get any response, which is not like this company. I'm publicly asking the owner to reply back now so I can get a response and hopefully modify my review from a 1 star to a 5 star review. OWNER - PLEASE RESPOND. It's been over a week and I have sent many emails to follow-up on my order....
Paid 400 dollars for a Cuvier's dwarf caiman, they told me my transaction was fraud, requested a picture of my license and bank card used. Gave them the information they requested, then told me my bank was saying the transaction was fraud. I verified with my bank and was told that the transition was in fact not flagged as fraud.
