Very impressed with our service! We needed an older generator serviced at our newly purchased home, and they took care of everything. They made recommendations and asked me first before going ahead with any repairs or replacements. The technician was very kind, informative, and knowledgeable!

They do a nice job on sales and installation BUT buy your service elsewhere. I own two whole house systems and have been paying for annual service (about $200 each). This year (2024) I checked the Generac service requirements for my units and found that they require service every TWO years typically. The service manager called to schedule annual service on my one year old, 20 hour run-time unit and argued with me about the requirements. I'm correct, he's trying to do un-needed service.
