Yesterday we had Mark from BACKUP POWER SOLUTIONS perform an annual service call (actually our first). He walked me through my questions since this is our first generator, I had many. He performed the necessary oil and filter changes, battery check. He also discovered that we have issues with mice in the unit. When it was installed by our builder’s electrician they never plugged the points that they use to lift the unit. He sealed all exterior points mice could enter and now should be mouse free.
