I have had 2 sessions of dry needling (IMS) with Jeanette and was in total shock and dumbfounded that the muscle pain, tightness and aches in my glutes and hips completely vanished after the first session. I have been suffering with this discomfort for almost 18month!! seen my Doctor and a Rheumatologist tried various exercises prescribed by a physio but nothing really worked the discomfort just wouldn't go away!! When I saw Jeanette she suggested that I try this!!! Wow!!! Thank you, thank you Jeanette!!!!
