A five star physio according to my wife, but whoever answers the phones here could use some training. We called to sort out a billing issue, and the receptionist was apathetic at best. You may have issues with the terms Manulife uses, but that shouldn’t inconvenience the client. And hanging up on people is always a bad look. We were pretty shocked. We won’t be back.
This was my first time seeing Andrea. She was very thorough with intake questions and attentive to all my explanations. She quickly found the problem areas and confidentiality suggested a treatment which she thoroughly explained. She was very professional and amiable. I will be returning for more treatments with her.
This was my first visit, and I am truly grateful for my experience. Andrea asked detailed questions, took detailed notes. Listened to my concerns and provided guidance/exercises via an app to do at home. She was meticulous with her assessment and gave me encouragement to know my body can heal itself with some discipline and care.
7:30 am appointment, was a bit early, lol, but well worth it. Jeannette, was very professional and helped ease the pain..
