I can not express enough gratitude for the folks at Backroad Bicycles. Kind, patient, understanding, and extremely helpful. I am new to road bike cycling and came in with a ton of questions. Koeishi the owner was very rude and unapologetic. I can’t possible understand how someone can treat customers the way the owner Koeshi operates. Second time asking for business cards both times he was out. Stay away from this person
