8/23/25 Today was customer appreciation day and I spent money and didnt receive any free gift or anything of that sort!That's not how you appreciate your customers no matter how much they spend!Ive been coming here to backpack boys since it opened!Y'all got to do better than that!No appreciation at all today was more like it!It is a real nice shop with the best prices but today pissed me off

A few months ago a friend of mine told me about Backpack Boyz. Having now shopped there on several occasions, I'm grateful to my friend for the recommendation. The store is staffed by friendly knowledgeable people. They've always treated me with kindness and have never made a recommendation that I wasn't happy with.
