This place is WILD. Avoid at all costs. They are desperate for work and it seems they'll just take off with your money (based on other reviews). I'm in the midst of a war of words with these clowns as we chose to go through another company instead. 🤡 There are plenty of professional removalists around and these guys ain't one of them. Unsure how they are even still operating? I booked my move in advance (4 months) and paid a $300 deposit. When the removalist who was assigned to me called me they tried to get another $500 out of me. I asked Blackloading to look into it and reassign me to another agent, as I wouldn't have booked if it was going to be an extra $500. After waiting over a month for a response I called them and asked for a refund. They said, no worries, send it in an email. I did, I have emailed them multiple times for two months and still have had no reply.

If there is a zero star rating, I would choose that! My brother is moving to rural NSW tomorrow and already previously had an arrangement with them. (Written agreement) He called them 30+ times today to confirm the arrangement and finally got through. He was then told that he had to pay a much higher price (350 aud than previously agreed amount) because their truck was full. Moving is already stressful enough. Can you imagine going through this? Is a scam. Even though I did not book with them, they continue to claim they made the delivery and demand payment. Best to try and avoid them getting your information all together.
