After separating all major ligaments in my ankle, my GP recommended I see Ashima at Ranges Medical. Ashima has set up a very successful recovery plan along with massage that has relieved pain and strengthened my ankle so I’m now walking again with confidence and no limp. Ashima is truely a dedicated physiotherapist. I haven’t had physio in many years but her great positive attitude and professional work ethic I’ve had great results with my shoulder. X-rays showed bursitis and a tear in the right shoulder. The one thing I wanted to avoid was surgery. I was limited in my movement with the shoulder but regular physio sessions and keeping up with exercises I’m amazed that I have full rotation of my shoulder after a few months.
