I wouldn't recommend the company. We spent almost $100K and the customer service was non existent. We still can't get the missing solar fan from our order; it's been over a year. Furthermore, we did extensive SEO for the company and didn't receive any compensation. Buyers beware.
Terrible company and not reputable. I ordered a sauna which took weeks to arrive at the delivery depot. It was a mess upon arrival and my contractor gratefully refused delivery. They never bothered to package it. I am still awaiting my refund days later.

Perfect service. I live on the other side of Canada, Backcountry Recreation helped me to get the sauna dilivered in my abstinence. Very reliable.
Great to deal with, easygoing, helpful and a great product. I’m not that handy but I had our barrel sauna together in 4 hours, so simple. Highly recommend this product through these guys.
The owner Donny of Backcountry Recreation is an angry, vindictive delinquent. I almost ordered a tub from him a year ago. Due to their inability to deliver in a timely manner I went with another vendor. I did order a cedar tub liner. Unfortunately it did not fit my tub. When I contacted Backcountry to start a return I was told it could not be returned. I checked their website and saw nothing about final sales.
