My first time at Back 2 Front and I couldn’t get over how lovely it is inside, not only the premises itself but the staff and group of ladies I joined for the session, everyone was so welcoming and Lauren explained the routine and was super friendly, can’t wait to come back. Would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of joining.
Great class - lots of thought and planning to challenge us but still with fun and laughter.
Had a massage off lauren last Wednesday as had muscle spasm,2 days later was a different man..this is definitely the place to go..well done all
