Very good service, I’m happy with my treatment
Having four worn lower discs in my lower back Jay has helped me from being in unbearable pain to living a normal life pain free. Awaiting an operation and suffering from slipped discs Jay is all ways there to squeeze me in at late notice when things go bad. 100% would recommend anyone with any physical problems to book in with him, a true professional and a miracle worker in my opinion.
Jay was a really helpful and supportive physiotherapy and genuine likeable guy who made my physio easy and smooth. Jay diagnosed my issue as patella tendinitis, and we began shockwave treatment of which I had 3 rounds spread of a few week period which he coached me through and talked me though making sure I understood each stage and after coming back for my review today I'm glad to say has been soundly resolved my knee feels 100% better then when I came in. We visited Back2Fitness as my husband couldn't work, walk properly or lie down due to pain in his back and legs. Jay was very professional and explained the treatment he could offer. After just a few sessions my husband now has no pain and is back at work. Jay also gave him exercises to do to prevent the same issue happening again. I would definitely recommend this place.
