I have mixed feelings about my experience with this shop. I purchased a chair, but after two weeks of complete silence I had to chase them up, only to find out my delivery had coincidentally been booked for the very next day—with very short notice. After trying the chair, I realised it wasn’t the right model for me and asked about returning it. I was told it was a “special order” and therefore non-returnable.
