Had my ear wax cleaning yesterday at this place. The guy who did this for me was really experienced and good at the work. Really impressed by the work and his conversation. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get the ear wax done.
I went for my ear wax removal appointment today and the whole experience was great. The reception staff were very kind, explained everything clearly, and even the online booking was simple to use. Dr. Esteban Ortiz took the time to explain the procedure, showed me the condition of my ears, and removed the wax very gently. I was there to remove my 30 years old impacted ear wax, the audiologist is patient and friendly. The procedure was professionally done. And the result was very satisfying.
