Eventually did the job fine enough, but wasn't bothered with offering help, just expected me to be a tax expert. Had to go elsewhere and when I requested previous years information it was all too hard. Awful customer service, Ros is rude and arrogant. I may as well have lodged it myself.
Very professional, excellent service, great people, always polite, happy and willing to explain. Highly recommend, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my accounting needs.
