Ros and her team at Back to Business accounting----- they don't need google reviews, because they're so damn good at what they do... in particular major tax accounting. I and my companies have been a client for 25years this year, and if she ever retires, I'll slit my throat.... well not quite, as the rest of the team will do an awesome job. Best accountant, best tax accountant, and most organised office you would ever hope to do business with. Am I a fan, hell yes.
Eventually did the job fine enough, but wasn't bothered with offering help, just expected me to be a tax expert. Had to go elsewhere and when I requested previous years information it was all too hard. Awful customer service, Ros is rude and arrogant. I may as well have lodged it myself.
Very professional, excellent service, great people, always polite, happy and willing to explain. Highly recommend, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my accounting needs.
