I went to Back to Alignment here in Fort Saskatchewan to get a message for a bad back. I saw Jeff and found that my back wasn't the issue but a result of another issue. Jeff was very knowledgable and good about explaining how the different muscles work and react in your body. I was very impressed with the system for booking and the cleanliness of the place as well.
