I had a great experience with Back Saver Moving! The crew was punctual, careful, and handled everything with care from start to finish.
They did not clean my apartment. I paid them $380 for cleaning services they did not provide. I used Back Savers to move me and clean my new place. They told me that they spent 3 hours cleaning and charged me for $380. My new place was not cleaned. I had to have them come back to fix an exhaust hose they broke, which they couldn't fix, and reconnect my couch that they forgot to do and I spoke with Curtis and showed him proof that the cleaning was not done.
