Reception/billing person did not know what they were doing at all, could not explain what she was doing and caused me a ton of stress when I needed to be recuperating. I wish I had never gone to this business and had just stayed home to rest instead.

I would like to thank Andrea for her care and professionalism as she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and explained everything she was about to do in order to correct my injury and vertigo during my apointments with her this past month . I would 100% recommend Andrea and back on track manotick to anyone .
