Able to accommodate a last minute appointment and the physiotherapist was knowledgeable and thorough.
Phoned twice to set up an appointment. No one ever returned my call. Disappointed in their lack of service.
Disappointing service at the front desk, my husband was double-booked. While it is understandable that administrative errors happen, the receptionists made no effort to accommodate him despite him being in pain for the whole interaction. He was brought to a room in the back upon signing in only to have the masseuse come in and kick him out. Humiliating and inconvenient, will not be returning which is a shame because we heard great things about the RMTs.
