This is the worse of the worse metroPcs I’ve ever been too 3 woman working in here can’t no one help but one person!!!!! Been standing in line for over 40 mins to make a payment of a phone bill. That’s ridiculous they allow customers to walk out and come back in to get back in line. Please find better people to run this place because that’s is ridiculous

I have been going here since April ‘25. Dr Taylor Grant has helped me gain strength and endurance. Taylor is fabulous to work with. He is kind and professional. All of the front desk staff are an absolute joy every single time (phone calls, scheduling, payments etc.) The rest of the staff all work hard setting up equipment, cleaning, etc etc. Every encounter was pleasant. Highly recommend!
I’ve been to many different physical therapy establishments. Back in the game in Suwanee has been the best, hands-down. From the front desk To the assistants to the three main guys! I’ve had Chris and he really listens to me. I’ve made remarkable gains on my shoulder. I tell everyone I meet about y’all.
All of the staff there are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ben is attentive, listens to his patience, and is thorough. I’ve been very pleased with the complete care I’ve received due to a motor vehicle accident involving my neck- back- wrist and leg.
