The reception was lovely but my physio that I saw was not good, I will not name but she did not listen, she even thought I was lying at one point, and also lied about giving me a full clearance, I don’t see myself going back anymore
After having a really disappointing experience with a male physiotherapist at this clinic, I was pleasantly surprised when Vanila personally called me to apologise and offered to take over my treatment, along with restoring my three free appointments. This was my first time going to a physiotherapist, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this clinic. I was paired with an Indian male physio, I believe his name was Raginash, though I’m not entirely sure. From the beginning, it was obvious he was either inexperienced or completely out of his depth. I went in for hip bursitis in both hips and clearly explained that I only had three free sessions through my doctor and couldn’t afford any more.
