I can thoroughly recommend the team at Back In Motion Tecoma. I first met Brad after transitioning from a previous Physio in the still relatively early stages of recovering from a horribly fractured ankle. I had incredibly limited movement, had lost a massive amount of strength and conditioning, was still experiencing quite a lot of pain and had very little confidence in my ability to do activities that required putting weight / force onto my ankle. Their admin communication leaves a lot to be desired. Twice, a class has been cancelled and I’ve had NO notification. Admittedly the first time was due to power cut, but this time there’s no excuse. A 40 minute round trip for me. Not happy Jan!
Mandy is hands down the best physio I’ve been too. her dry needling is extremely effective. You’re the best Mandy!!!!
