My son had neck tightness and was only turning his head to the right side. After KL recommended some exercises, we have seen great improvement. He is now turning his head to the left side as well. Thank you so much for your care, support, and guidance. We truly appreciate your help.
Excellent physio person, although very professional he made me feel important, answered any questions and made sure I understood the ins & outs of my condition. Very happy with the outcome of today
I have had a great experience at Back In Motion Sydenham. The reception staff are always warm and welcoming. My physio Elise has helped me so much with my shoulder. The team are always flexible and can help when needing to change appointments or if you have any questions
BIM Sydenham team has been a wonderful support through my pregnancy and postpartum journey. Ruby, Jess & Tepaea always have a smile and a kind word for my bub. Ashlee and Elise have both looked after me and have been caring and highly professional (but also kicked my bum in the gym at mum and bub pilates). Have also had a couple of classes with Finn who always says hi and makes me feel welcome. Thanks to the whole team for looking after me!!!
All the staff are so helpful and friendly, so welcoming! Carine has been amazing with my recovery, I always leave there feeling better than how I walked in! Highly recommend!!
