Went in for headaches, for which I had ideas of causes. They listened, checked me over, and said that cervical strengthening might or might not help, but it was worth trying. I did 8 weeks of exercising and stretches, going in to Back in Motion once a week with a daily at-home program. My posture is now improved, my headaches are much less frequent, and I understand that part of my body better. I'm very happy I went in.
Love Back in Motion! Friendly approachable staff! Great communication and willing to work with my needs. I especially loved the electrical stimulation and shock wave treatments! Highly recommended!
Therapy for cervical traction and neck exercises. Vinny & Todd at Auburn, ME were excellent therapists.
I found the team at Turner St Auburn location to be awesome. They cared. They worked with what I needed. They listened. They didn't push nor give you more than you could handle for exercises. It's been the best PT therapy that I have been involved with. I received injuries with two prior PT offices in the past and was more than hesitant to even go. I would recommend Back in Motion to anyone anytime. The therapist and staff were excellent.
I had been to a different Physical Therapy Practice a couple of years ago and it was not a good experience. I recently had surgery and I was told that I had to go to PT and I was dreading it. I decided that I would try Back in Motion at 600 Turner St. Auburn, Maine. Everyone at this location is AWESOME ! I appreciate all of the support from the staff to get me back to where I was before surgery and back to work ! If I ever need PT again this is definitely where I want to go, Absolutely NO complaints !
