Firstly Christian and then Frank were both great. They were both professional and very thorough with all the check ups. The ongoing exercise programs were great and easy to understand, and I am very happy with the outcome. After a shoulder dislocation I cannot be more happy with the outcome I rate myself as back to 100% and pain free.
Sessions with Frank we’re really good , very positive and excersizes that made a huge difference to recovery.
