Having spent 7 months with 2 sessions per week, Frank Kooijman my Physiotherapist, helped me to recover from a work place car accident, and a successful return to work. Frank is very educated and knowledgeable and I appreciated the time he took with me to explain the inner workings of the human body and how things work in relation to injury. I have been going to BIM at mermaid now for about 12 months. I have been seeing Frank once a week and I have to say that the help he has provided for my rehabilitation from double hip replacement surgery has been outstanding. Frank listens to everything and adjusts my workout program accordingly. The results have been amazing. I feel so much stronger and at the same time he is a great guy, we always have a few laughs which makes gym time enjoyable for me.
My physio frank was absolutely amazing. Came in with constant shoulder pain due to volleyball injury 9/10 pain. Went through a lot of exercises gradually and got my strength back. He’s great with the deep tissue massage relieving tension and getting those tight niggles out. Left with full range of motion barely any pain after 5 free sessions (care plan via Medicare).
