Joe was so great! Talked me through the entire process, ensure I understood each movement, why and how it would help. He offered alternatives and ensured I was comfortable throughout.
Although my neck is.still sore it is better than it has been in weeks and I feel hopeful that it will soon repair with following the instructions received!
