Physiotherapist and Sport scientist 'Serene', has been so helpful in getting my health back on track. Serene has tailored a reformer pilates program and a weights based program to suit my level of fitness and goals. I really enjoy the reformer pilates, my flexibility, endurance and strength has improved rapidly over the last 4 months. The best thing, not experiencing pain throughout the working week and finally experiencing the joy of movement. Loving the reformer pilates. Thanks Back in motion for all you have done for me.

I have been coming to this physio clinic for a number of years. Although one of my favourite physios left recently, they have really caring staff. Lately I have been joining their Pilate classes run by Serene. Her classes are never boring because she changes the exercises up frequently. You can really tell that she has a passion for teaching Pilates. All the staff there are really friendly.

Thanks to the team at Back in Motion, especially Serene, who has been amazing in helping me with my back and posture issues. Her treatment plans, pilates classes, and expert guidance have made a huge difference, improving both my daily comfort and gym performance. Can’t thank you enough, Serene!

The receptionist called me to reschedule the appointment. I travelled all the way from another city in the morning. By the time I arrived they told me the previous appointment was cancelled but I'm not booked in for the new session.
